The overall cost of a website is based on the scope of the work, total number of pages, and the time involved. Websites with fewer pages are available at reduced rates. The hourly rate for website updates is $35 per hour with no minimum time requirement.

    Our Squarespace-based websites allow customers to perform many content updates independently, but some updates must be requested. These include:

    • Adding additional pages
    • Changes to site settings (e.g. adding contributors, custom code, or changing SEO settings)

    Our hand-coded sites require us to perform all updates directly.

    We'll create a project quote and send you a business contract to sign. Quotes can be adjusted or revised as needed.

    Once you've hired us, we'll work with you to fully plan your website, including its content and timeline.

    We'll create a first draft of your website and review it with you via screen sharing. Once the design is approved, we'll move forward to finalize the website.

  • We focus on small and medium-sized business websites. Whether you are a traditional business organization or a sole proprietor, we can build you an affordable website tailored to your services.

    We currently do not build e-commerce websites, although we do plan to add this to our available services in the future.

  • We use a well-established invoicing system for collecting payments. A partial down payment is required before we begin the development work. Depending on whether or not a payment installment plan is used, the balance will either be due upon project completion and the launch of a website or at the specified payment installment dates.

  • Yes, if you have an existing website, we can rebuild it as either a hand-coded or Squarespace-based website.

    We will assess requests to migrate websites on a case-by-case basis. We can use your original existing content and images, and will determine how much time would be required to build a new website based on the number of pages and amount of content.

  • When you request updates, we will assess the request and aim to respond within 24 hours. The time updates take will vary based on the scope of them, but we will work to implement them within a timely manner.

  • We keep up to date with technical SEO best practices and website design guidelines and will make sure your website meets them.

    Our hand-coded and Squarespace-based websites do not require us to perform regular software updates or patches. In both cases, Squarespace and the hosting service we use for our hand-coded sites handle their security updates independently.

  • Off-page SEO can consist of areas such as marketing, social media management, ad campaigns, etc. While we perform all of the on-page SEO that's related to the website's performance and content, we do not provide the off-page services directly. We recommend hiring a SEO specialist externally if you are interested in off-page SEO packages and services.

  • Yes, we can provide assistance with domain registration if needed, or transfer your existing domain. Please note that customers are responsible for their yearly domain registration costs.
